I’m Laura, the founder of Concierge Care Navigation. With more than 10 years of nursing experience caring for patients across the lifespan—from pediatrics to geriatrics—I have had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through a wide range of healthcare experiences. My clinical background is rooted in critical care, where I developed a strong foundation in complex medical care, clinical decision-making, communication, and advocacy.

The idea for Concierge Care Navigation grew from my own experience providing care navigation and support for medically complex family members. I saw firsthand how overwhelming it can be to manage multiple specialists, appointments, medications, medical information, and care decisions—especially when you are trying to support someone you love. I also saw how valuable it was to have a knowledgeable nurse who could help connect the pieces, ask the right questions, communicate with providers, and help make sense of an often complicated healthcare system.

That experience inspired me to create Concierge Care Navigation with a simple belief: everyone deserves to have a nurse on their side.

My role is to provide personalized support that helps individuals and their loved ones feel more organized, informed, and confident throughout their healthcare journey. Whether that means preparing for an important appointment, organizing complex medical information, coordinating communication between providers, helping families understand their options, or simply being an experienced and compassionate voice in their corner, I am here to help.

I believe healthcare should be personal. Behind every diagnosis, medical record, and care plan is a person with their own goals, concerns, and priorities. My approach is centered on listening first, understanding what matters most to you, and then using my nursing experience and knowledge to help you navigate the path forward.
